The Leon Suites was intented as a complete album which Bowie made in collaboration with Brian Eno and what was presented to and rejected by Bowie’s record label for being “uncommercial.”He then took some of this material and reworked it into the Outside album. Part of the recordings leaked out some years ago in low mp3 quality.
This cd however contains more than 70 minutes of the Leon Suites in excellent high quality audio
